You experienced violence and poverty. Today you are 25, living in a man-made settlement for internally displaced people (IDPs), and despite everything in your life, you don't want to give up.<\/p>\n<p>These are exactly the kind of people we are supporting in Georgia through the activities of the capacity building project. These are mostly young people who want to start a business, thinking not only about themselves but also about how they can, through entrepreneurship<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">and support the communities in which they live.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"> <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-20484 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adra.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/38277335_2007135599339100_5767113447472889856_o.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><br \/>\nIn May we trained in Georgia <strong>the basics of social entrepreneurship using interactive and experiential methods.<\/strong> We have trained 25 people, some of whom are thinking of going into business, others have already started. Their enthusiasm and courage, despite the situation they are in, is an inspiration to us and gives further meaning to our work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-20483 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adra.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/38138750_2007135579339102_6389034530228928512_o.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/>Emotions, negotiation, communication and soft skills as <strong>important components of a business<\/strong> - these were also the themes of the training sessions, which were attended by the project participants in July <strong>\u201eEntepreneurial Education for Integration of War Affected Communities\u201c<\/strong> in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">We are happy to pass on our experience through formal and informal trainings to people who want to stay in their country and develop their business activities despite the difficulties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>All this was implemented with the support of the Visegrad Fund in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Predstavte si, \u017ee by ste ako p\u00e4tn\u00e1s\u0165ro\u010dn\u00fd t\u00ednejd\u017eer kv\u00f4li rusko-gruz\u00ednskej vojne museli opusti\u0165 svoj domov a utiec\u0165 so svojou rodinou.
