ADRA SLOVAKIA is looking for a trainee and\/or intern for the Foreign Projects Department with an immediate start for a minimum period of 2 months with the possibility of extension by agreement.<\/p>\n
What we offer:
\n-working experience in a humanitarian and development organization environment, as well as in the international network of ADRA International with 141 offices worldwide;
\n-experience in project management and a chance to see how (not only) foreign projects are submitted and implemented;
\n-experience in the non-profit (third) sector;
\n-participation in various events related to the activities of ADRA Slovakia;
\n-getting to know new people in the field and networking within the department.<\/p>\n
The job will be:
\n-assistance in the daily work of project managers;
\n-tasks related to writing, implementing and coordinating projects;
\n-research on topics related to ADRA's work in the field;
\n-translations, proofreading of materials;
\n-administrative assistance (e-mail communication, preparation of documents, work with databases...);
\n-creation of texts and contributions to the web, social networks or newsletter;
\n-creation of promotional materials, production of flyers...;<\/p>\n
We expect:
\n-active knowledge and use of the English language (is a prerequisite);
\n-active knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs;
\n-interest in humanitarian aid and development cooperation abroad;
\n-work 15-20 hours per week (flexible working hours);
\n-graphic skills (welcome). <\/p>\n
