We were able to modify the bus as a special vehicle. After removing the redundant seats, a space was created for team transport, a laboratory ambulance for examinations, vaccinations and collections on site. We can help provide the necessary assistance to remote villages, settlements, marginalized groups, homeless people, etc.<\/p>\n<p>We are working with local governments and health care providers on this aid project.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ADRA provides: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bus with driver - transport of the medical team during the trip and facilities of the mobile ambulance<\/li>\n<li>Installation on site (awning, tent... according to local conditions and needs)<\/li>\n<li>Technical support during the off-take (connection to the electricity source, logistics...)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>The partner organisation's medical team arranges:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional medical staff<\/li>\n<li>Medical supplies (vaccines, tests, medicines, protective equipment for the team)<\/li>\n<li>The organisation of the services provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Aid coordination: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VUC in coordination with local government and vaccination centres to identify exit points<\/li>\n<li>The health care provider's vaccination team coordinates the trip with the ADRA team and the target beneficiary<\/li>\n<li>The beneficiary shall provide the necessary logistical and organisational assistance on the ground. (parking space, organization of clients, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>HELP TEAM BUS: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bus Karosa C 954 E - special vehicle - laboratory conversion with ambulance is equipped with independent source of electricity, refrigerator (also for vaccines), independent water source, air conditioning...<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transport zone<\/strong> for a team of max 8 people + driver is separate from the infirmary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Background for the team<\/strong> is separated from the infirmary and consists of a kitchenette with a dining room, for refreshments, rest and necessary administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ambulance <\/strong>has its own entrance. There is a laboratory part with a dressing table and hot water, a refrigerator for vaccines, 3 workstations: for a doctor, a nurse and an administrative worker. It can be used for examinations, vaccinations, collections, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waiting room <\/strong>consists of an outdoor awning (5x3m) and there is also a tent (6x3m). For the disabled, there is a ramp to the stairs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>First Aid:<\/strong> in the back there is a separate room with a couch and an infusion stand, in case of dealing with sudden health problems of patients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The outpatient clinic can only be used when the mobile vaccination unit is stationary.
