I was startled by the kids from home staring at my grey beard. We had just unloaded material aid at one of the facilities for mentally challenged clients. &nbsp;&nbsp; <br><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>And then they renamed our Help team bus to Santabus \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>In the central warehouse in Bratislava, we packed 18 pallets of food aid and cleaning products provided by our partners from the organization \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/clovekvohrozeni.sk\/\">Man in danger<\/a>\u201c. In addition, there are 4 more pallets of material aid of which the company \u201eAmazon\u201c is a systematic donor - (household goods, consumer goods, footwear, clothing, toys...)<\/p>\n<p>The fully loaded ADRAbus set off for Eastern Slovakia. During the tour we handed over some of the aid directly in social service homes and in the Pre\u0161ov warehouse of the \u201eMan in danger\u201c organization, from where the aid is distributed directly to the clients. Our partners in the distribution of aid are also \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdraveregiony.eu\/\">Healthy regions<\/a>\u201c, which are dedicated to systematically helping the inhabitants of marginalised settlements, as well as various local charities at church congregations run by volunteers. The first stop was the DSS \u201e<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dsskepm.sk\/index.php\/o-nas\">Domko<\/a>\u201c in Ko\u0161ice, where we also received a precious gift from the grateful staff - a picture painted by one of the clients.
