The sanitation is very poor, causing many diseases and health risks. Although they have both parents, they are in debt and are unable to repay their debts. They also have a problem to provide the basic subsistence for the family, there is no money for school fees, so the children do not go to school.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"\"Sponsorship support is necessary for Zam to start school and receive at least a basic education, as well as a hot lunch every day.<\/p>\n
