Family financial situation: <\/strong>Parents also struggle to provide for basic livelihoods due to illiteracy and high unemployment rates. The mother is unemployed and the father finds odd jobs to try to earn the bare minimum for his livelihood. However, they are unable to pay school fees, so the children stay at home and do not go to school.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
