Elizabeth struggles to provide the basic necessities for the family. The family paid for the child's school fees from the monthly ration provided by the WFP (World Food Programme), but the WFP ended its support and the family began to struggle to survive.<\/p>\n YIDA school fees include a hot meal, but for the last year the mother has been unable to pay the fees. Elizabeth is a single mother of three whose husband died during the war and she came to a refugee camp with her children. The youngest of the three children attends a YIDA school and the others are enrolled in a government school (where 150 children are taught in one class).<\/p>\n\n
