Child's situation:
Meshake lives with his mother and two other siblings in a mud house covered with a tarp.
They live in great poverty and have failed to ensure that their children can go to school. They depend on financial support from the WFP (World Food Programme), which is not enough to cover their basic needs.
Thanks to the HELP kids programme, they have the chance to go to school and get a hot lunch every day.
 
Location: He lives in a refugee community with people from Congo, Rwanda, Burundi in Kyjaka Refugee Camp II part of Sweswe Dam I in Uganda.
Family income: Support from the WFP Food Fund of UGX 13,000 (€3.50)/month/person.
Sponsorship support needed: 20.-€/month,
Sponsorship will cover: school fees, school supplies, school uniform, hot lunch.
