Together with our partner ADRA Ukraine, we provided transport and distribution of fuel briquettes for temporary accommodation centres for displaced people in Dnipro.
Thanks to the support of our partners Japan Platform and ADRA Japan, we have helped to prepare displaced communities for the coming winter. In one of the centres, where 120 IDPs live, we delivered 27 tonnes of briquettes, while another centre with 48 residents received 15 tonnes.
These temporary shelters provide a safe place for the most vulnerable, including the elderly, children, single mothers and people with disabilities.
And it doesn't stop there! Tomorrow we will deliver another shipment of fuel briquettes to eight accommodation centres in Zaporozhye to help even more people get through the coming winter in safety.
