ADRA Slovakia is described as one of the Slovak leaders in sending young people to low-income countries (quality pre-departure preparation, well-functioning volunteer cycles, well-chosen sectoral and territorial priorities of placements). Our volunteers Martin Pavelka (based in Georgia) and Veronika Zimova (based in Albania) were awarded as „Volunteer of the Year“ in the SlovakAid volunteer category.

6. Engage with marginalised groups
7. Be creative, develop a minigrant, bring good ideas, be proactive
8. Be like Veronika and Martin
9. And then we will nominate you
