POSITION: Finance Manager for a humanitarian organisation
PLACE OF WORK: Bratislava
DATE OF ARRIVAL: Immediately
EMPLOYMENT: full time/ trade
MZDA: 1100-1300 EUR (gross) depending on experience; after probationary period increase by 10%
JOB DUTIES:
- Participating in the preparation of budgets for various donors and humanitarian and development aid projects
- checking the financial documents of project accounts and monitoring the use of funds according to the donors' financial and administrative rules
- Cooperation and communication with other members of the finance, project management and management of the organisation
- administrative work related to the financial management of projects
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
• Previous by financial management experience and project control in a non-profit organisation condition
- orientation in related legislation
- the ability to comprehensively and logically take on the task at hand
- Responsibility, independence and systematicity in the performance of assigned tasks
- detail orientation
• knowledge of the English language a prerequisite, other languages an advantage
- experience in accounting or administration an advantage
