Child's situation: Lydia žije spolu so svojimi súrodencami vo veľmi zle postavenej hlinenej chatrči prikrytej celtou. They live in great poverty and parents are unable to ensure that their children can go to school.
They depend on financial support from the WFP (World Food Programme), which is not enough to cover basic needs.
Thanks to the HELP kids programme, Matilda also got the chance to go to school and get a hot lunch every day.
Location: He lives in a refugee community with people from Congo, Rwanda, Burundi in Kyjaka Refugee Camp II part of Sweswe Dam I in Uganda.
Family income: Support from the WFP Food Fund of UGX 13,000 (€3.50)/month/person.
Sponsorship support needed: 20.-€/month,
Sponsorship will cover: school fees, school supplies, school uniform, hot lunch.
Lydia Mukulwa has already found her donor family.
