Job description, powers and responsibilities
- participation in the preparation of budgets for various donors and projects
- checking the financial documents of the project partners' accounts and monitoring the use of funds according to the donors' financial and administrative rules
- cooperation and communication especially with project managers, the financial manager of the organisation and the accountant
- administrative work related to the financial management of projects
What we expect:
- previous experience in financial management and project control in a non-profit organisation a prerequisite
- the ability to comprehensively and logically take on the task at hand
- Responsibility, independence and systematicity in the performance of assigned tasks
- detail orientation
- minimum knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
- orientation in related legislation
- experience in accounting and administration an advantage
