Let's give the warmth of Christmas! Under this apt name, our ADRA DobroCentrum in Košice decided to organize a collection to help displaced children in Ukraine.

Donors had the opportunity to contribute warm items such as gloves, scarves or hats to the prepared packages and add a piece of their love to the gift. As a result of this beautiful initiative, we delivered 500 packages directly to children in Ukraine.

Our four-day trip to the Transcarpathian region was full of unforgettable moments. We visited 14 places where displaced people found temporary shelter, including social facilities in Mukachevo, Chust, Tachiv, Nizhny Bystry and others. We also visited specific families. Seeing the sincere joy of the children and their parents when receiving gifts was the greatest reward for us.

However, we could not have done this without the support of many good people. For every donation and every involvement, a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making the children's Christmas a little bit nicer.
