Voluntary postings in the post-covid era

Current and future challenges for sending and host organisations

Have you ever thought about volunteer missions from the perspective of the sending and host organisations? No? Join us to learn more:

  • What is their role in sending volunteers to low-income countries
  • How they communicate their successes and failures to donors or the media
  • How they should support and motivate volunteers before, during and after deployment
  • How their work has been affected by the pandemic and much more...

Join our 90-minute “roundtable” on 27 January at 10:00 am to hear from our 6 guests - representatives of sending organisations from Estonia and France and host organisations from Albania, India, Kenya and Morocco. The discussion will help you to better understand their role in the project cycle of volunteer secondments, especially in the framework of the EU Aid Volunteers initiative.
