Global charity campaign will take place in Slovakia again this year #GivingTuesday! On Tuesday (27 November), people in more than 100 countries around the world will once again do good deeds and be generous. Join the more than two billion people who are thinking of others on this day a little more than ever and help. Our ADRA KIT and the victims of violence we effectively help really need it.
The rising statistics of reported cases of domestic and sexual violence in recent years have forced us to act - we at ADRA Slovakia have decided that we will not stay silent and we will speak out about violence. A year ago we set up KIT (Crisis Intervention Team), which provides comprehensive psycho-social and legal assistance to victims of violence. In order for KIT to be able to continue functioning, we need to cover costs for transport for crisis intervention in the field and remuneration for the work done by three female experts.
