At ADRA, we believe that every person has value and potential - even when they find themselves in a challenging life situation. Long-term unemployment, interrupted careers or difficult personal circumstances can lead to a loss of confidence and motivation.
The 2N - ADRA Activates the Inactive on the Road to Employment project was created to offer people support, encouragement and practical help to return to work.
The project focuses on people who are unemployed, not registered at the Job Centre or have not worked for a long time but want to make a change. We don't offer ready-made solutions - we offer guidance, understanding and finding a path that makes sense for the individual.

Who is the project for?
- long-term unemployed and economically inactive
- persons not registered with the labour office
- young people out of work and education (NEET)
- parents on maternity or parental leave
- people with disabilities
- people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds
How do we help at ADRA?
Our goal is not just to find jobs, but to boost people's confidence, motivation and ability to get back on their feet. That's why we provide:
- individual conversations based on trust and respect
- support in finding a job and orientation on the labour market
- help with CV and motivation documents
- preparation for job interviews
- Long-term accompaniment throughout the whole journey
